In Q3 2021, the top Travel and Local apps on the Android platform in the Middle East showcased diverse trends in downloads and active users.

Nusuk (Eatmarna Previously) saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 50K in mid-August before gradually declining to approximately 29K by the end of September. The app's weekly active users followed a similar pattern, rising to nearly 300K in early August and then decreasing to about 203K by the end of the quarter.

Google Earth experienced a notable spike in weekly downloads, with a peak of over 100K in the first week of July, followed by a downtrend to roughly 23K by the end of September. The active user base also showed an initial surge to around 274K in mid-July, stabilizing at approximately 219K towards the end of the quarter.

Wego - Flights, Hotels, Travel showed consistent growth in weekly downloads, increasing from roughly 7.8K at the end of June to about 9.5K in early September. The app's active user base remained relatively stable, hovering around 100K to 111K throughout the quarter.

Google Maps Go exhibited a steady download rate, starting at approximately 5.8K in late June and ending at about 4.7K by the close of September. The active users for this app remained consistent, ranging from 71K in late June to around 68K by the end of the quarter.
